The link seemed to work, I DL'd this morning. Looks like all the files extracted from the .zip are all intact? Maybe I'll try again later if the manual attempt fails me.

Manually rooted fine, 'n a little more simplified since I did the HERO! Fresh rom for now. Was slightly dissapointed to learn ther isn't a recovery that allows booting directly into recovery tho!

i tried this way...i had issues, so i just did the long way... fully rooted and unlocked!!!

Ok I will do it the long way...i want to be able to say I did it with out the steroids or HGH...I'll do the hard work way

Just going to say that even with anabolic steroid or HGH, hard way is still needed.

tried it too... couldn't get passed step 2. used toasts method for nand unlock and recovery....

got all steps working without issue and did twice... did the old way (long way) and this way twice and worked like a charm each way.... to all that cannot get it to connect correctly and it says to sit back and relax.. you still have to make sure that you have usb debugging turned on
