Easiest was off the top of my head would be to zip the pic and attach... Kind of a hassel for the people downloading it but easy on a noob to post a pic...

Here is the case i have.........i love it....it faces inward in the holster so it protects your screen. The belt clip swivels as well.........it is made by sedieo that's what the fine print on the back of the packaging says anyway.........

My Evo fits in my generic brand leather pouch I had for my TP2, I use it for working. For my nice leather pouch, I bought the HTC branded one at Best Buy. I love it with the black leather exterior and the tan suede liner.
