Second wave of EVO shipment news?

Well the radio shack people told me on tuesday that they would be stopping preorders Wednesday and getting another shipment friday and yet... I called them to see if they got a shipment and they said they are still taking preorders! Any news from anybody on second shipments? Im getting a bit antsy

The bestbuy in new orleans called me 11:00 a.m this morning saying that had some in stock, but me and my wife orders ours from them Wednesday and they will be in Tuesday the 15th. Try Sams club. They had them for $189. A girl my wife use to work with bought one yesterday. GOodluck man!

i got mine on the 9th allready from radioshack wow.. the guy told me they were getting more in by monday!
but i think they probably sold yours to somebody else because this is going to be the third shipment

my RS told me Thur 9th, then definitely 10th, then for sure by 12pm today pst. Still have not received it.

Yup they could have sold mine since the woman that took my order didnt know wtf she was doing... even though this RS is deffinatly one of the lowest volume stores ever because there is hardly ever anybody in there so I dont see how thats possible...

Can you even turn back on a preorder? Sams wouldnt be bad since I live about 10 miles from one...

talk about luck! I called a store just to see if they even had them yet.. and they had 1. I went right over and picked it up! Best thing about it, was I forgot it was out! It wasn't until wednesday of last week that a friend told me it was out lol.

I STILL can't believe how easy it was, 1st call, first trip! Well, good luck to the rest of you! Call a few places before you go out!

Same with me, I got mine today in less than 30 minutes.
I bought another one on the sprint website and i will get it on Tuesday)

U can cancel apreorder but you will haveto keep the gift card because they wont give your money back

From what I heard from the Corp. Sprint store manager, stores are getting boxes of 5 every few days...and thats about it for now...until they can catch up on manf. He had about 25 people on the list as of this morning...probably grew to like 30-40 by the time I left the store...

I am personally waiting till August 1st, when my Premier Upgrade kicks into effect, also by then usually some hardware/software and updates have been applied to the phone. I'm one to never buy a brand new product when it first comes out, I've always been that way and usually way for the 2nd revision before buying.
