Missing apps and page inaccess after rooting

So, after rooting my phone, i cant find a bunch of the apps i had prior to rooting, when i search android market. When i search for them using two of my friends' unrooted evos, i can find them no problem. Any ideas?

Also a couple of web pages i frequent are now telling the page is unavailable, but when i check the page on the unrooted evos, they work. No speacial browser changes or anything... basically stock but rooted.

Any insight would be appreciated

I had purchased and installed MLB atBat 2010 before I rooted my phone, now it doesn't show in the Marketplace and is not listed in my downloads.

You run into issues if you have a rooted phone and an unrooted rom.
Hopefully you rooted the real way and not the unrevoked way.

Follow the steps in my siggy and flash a rooted rom. You can flash the stock rooted rom or a custom rom, doesn't matter.

Nevermind, just noticed you say toast method of rooting. Good, just flash a rooted rom and you're good to go.

I used the method in the sticky by P-Slim. It appears to be the same method.
