How do you set the draw on the bottom, all I keep getting is the dots and lab n rab buttons that I don't know what to do with ? How to ?

Move a app on top of it and let go. Also for the 6 on the bottom slide up on the app button to bring up the little drawer, then slide your app down there and let go just like the other thing....

This launcher is so fast and customizable ..... I love it.

drag the "dot" launcher icon in the middle of the screen up. Viola, theres your dock

thanks guys, one last question.
In ADW, I'm missing a lot of widgets. For example, mail and messaging.
I'm guessing that's because they where HTC widgets?

Anyway to get those on their?

well nevermind, doesn't look like third part home/launcher apps can use the HTC widgets.

Thanks for the link for ADW Launcher, cool program. I love your homescreen. How do I get the clock with weather app/widget that you have? I am having a hard time finding one that does weather and digital clock together without taking up a lot of space.

how do you remove ADW? i want to go back to the htc theme.
i want to be able to switch between themes.
