Question evo router

any chance of getting the evo router working without sprints ok???? i got the phone and it would be nice to use it as a hotspot (is it like using the airave?)....but im not willing to pay an extra $$$ to get that.

All you have to do is root and Install any custom rom with WiFi tether on it. Then you open the application and you're good to go! Good Luck

let me clarify...would like to use it for internet like tethering but not for calls.

ok let me clarify once again...i am rooted running fresh. i also know how to use the wifi tether.

what i am trying to do is use the htc router app to connect 2 or 3 computers to it. is this possible.
