As long as it's not charged until 4G is actually available in the city, I'm fine with it. 4G isn't available in L.A. yet.

Wirelessly posted (Opera/9.80 (J2ME/MIDP; Opera Mini/5.0.3521/1114; U; en) Presto/2.4.15)

4g - an addon like text. Add it and see if you like it / notice a difference that warrants the $10 price.

That is how it should be.

the add on is suppose to be for the hotspot feature. makes sense. and not the for regular 4g access on the device for data service

According to the update, 10-20 bucks might be on 4G hotspots access. 4G EVDO access may be included on the plan already. Keeping fingers crossed.

This article is referring to only the wireless hotspot/router function, which was already rumored to cost extra. Dan Hesse already confirmed at CTIA that 4G itself won't cost anything extra.

Ok, make up your mind. 4G or EVDO?

For those that are confused. EVDO = 3G. Wimax = 4G.
