Best Buy Presale of the Evo?
 

Who knows if this info is true or not but I read on many other web pages that Best Buy is going to have a presale of the Evo in the form of a gift card which you can redeem later for the phone. This is suppose to happen in May sometime. You can take this info as you like.

That is what they did for the Hero. You paid $50 got a BestBuy Gift Card to use toward purchase and could get the phone as soon as it was available. They would hold one in your name.

The problem with may is in theory, technically its supposed to be released april 16...
But that wont happen. GRRRR
Ill have to wait impatiently...

with sprint you have to factor in that india uses over a dozen different types of calendars and transpose each of them against the aztec sun charts, convert that to Esperanto... and you get an accurate window of......... between now and 2012 (end of time)

maybe sprint is gonna keep this handset exclusive to telesales and stores for a month? cause alot of the time they want to keep the commission inhouse for a while before giving it to 3rd party sellers. also maybe the preorder will only take like a week or so that way they can see exactly how many they will need that way they dont order way to many of these devices
