Here is a patched Skype w/ video for the Evo. I have opened the app and it does have an option to make video calls. I have tested on my EVO and it works great. Please hit the Thanks if this helps you.

No. I was doing video on 3g just fine. I was rather surprised by how good the video quality is on 3g.

I scanned the barcode and it said load rom fail. Any reason why???
