Is that just the normal HTC or Android calendar widget in the middle? I was playing with a Incredible and trying to add that Appointment Widget and couldn't find it. lol

Yea. It's the standard HTC calendar widget. You just have to select the small one and not the full screen version.

I think it's one of those things people do for like a week because it looks "cool", but then they realize the functionality sucks and they go back to vanilla Android or Sense widgets. :)
