Personalized ringtones
 

Hello,

After latest upgrade to 2.13.651.1, my personalized ringtones stoped working. Every call defaults to system default ringtone. I have tried reseting them, using built-in ringtones instead of personal mp3s but nothing has worked. Contact entries show that ringtone is set but it does not play when call is received from the contact. Has anyone seen this?

yea it has pretty much happened to everyone, damn updates

Yep... The update broke personal ringtones. Let's hope they fix it soon.

I'm running the latest Fresh Rom and haven't lost my customized tones. Have you considered rooting?

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Have they really still not fixed this problem that's been going on since September? My personalized Ringtones still don't work.

It's been so long, I kind of feel like there's got to be a box or something that's not checked.

Has anybody else find a "fix" to the broken personalized ringtones yet?

Mine were working before I moved onto the Note 2. Did you try a reset?

Reset? No. Mine were working up until 4 or 5 months ago. They stopped working as soon as I downloaded and installed an update and haven't worked since.

Have you reset the phone since they quit working? That could fix it for you.

with this new jellybean update, custom ringtones have been working like before the sep update
