GPS signal lost in Google Navigation

When I’m on long trip (1 hour+), while using Google navigation, GPS signal lost every 5-10 minutes and won’t get back unless if I reboot the phone! I never had this problem with HTC touch pro 2 before!
Is it a software glitch? Or hardware problem? Please share your knowledge.

I have not had this problem. Always get GPS signal.
