Quad-core is not yet compatible with LTE.

I doubt you'd even notice a difference and there probably aren't many apps that even support utilizing all 4 cores.

I know but .. Its USA you know. We need the best and bleeding technology.

Lets not what your country can do for you n have their quad core first.
