Otterbox Defender Defect?
Just to let you guys know. The charging port on my case is just about to fall off. Looks like it has been torn off.
This is under normal wear and tear use. I got it just after launch day of the phone.

Just noticed mine is tearing too only mine is tearing from the top down. The headphone jack cover, which I use quite a bit, seems to be much sturdier.

Mine finally tore off yesterday so I opened a warranty support ticket with Otterbox. All they asked for was a pic of the defective item and a paper with my name and date to verify it was legit. Got an email last night confirming that they are shipping me a new silicon cover.
