Re: Stylus Pen for evo
Thanks for the info. Might be good in some situations, but a pain the ass to carry around.

Re: Stylus Pen for evo
Since I have had my tp2, I haven't been using my stylus as much as I have compared to previous phones so moving to the evo with an even larger screen will make the use of a stylus even less necessary.

You can find a good stylus for capacitative touchscreens at your local meat vendor: http://www.google.com/search?sourcei...ed+as+styluses

Re: Stylus Pen for evo
The problem I'm seeing w/ most of those DIY styli, is that they are being built under the assumption they will have direct contact w/ your hands, thus conducting the electrostatic field from your fingers to the screen... problem is, what if you're wearing gloves?
A lot of the "expensive" commercial styli actually generate their own electrostatic field, which is why they cost more than a simple stylus... |
Re: Stylus Pen for evo
A lot of these stylus' are to fat on the end to be of any use for precision of placing the cursor between letters, etc., for text selection
