Contacts and People in the 3VO
 

So under my people icon on my display it just shows the contacts sync'd from my google account. Which is great, that's the group of contacts I wanted for my cellphone.

Now when I hit the phone, and it pops up, it displays all of my contacts plus all of my friends' facebook numbers...all 600+... I didn't want that to happen lol

Best solution?

I've been way too busy playing with it and getting distracted working on a friends computer (data recovery) for actually find a way to fix this.

It doesn't bother me that much, but I don't want all my facebook friends sync'd to my phone :/

Is it syncing from the Facebook app or from Google? If from Facebook there *might* (I don't own an EVO3D) sync options in Accounts & Sync under settings

Yeah from facebook.

Is there a way to not sync contacts but go ahead and sync live feed?

Or I guess I could just remove it since I installed the facebook app.

BTW this is Facebook for HTC app that's doing this.

Yeah that did it. Just removed both facebook sync accounts and it took them off.

Now is there a way to have facebook just sync your contact's pictures and info? Just the people in your contacts.

(shall play with it and find out on my own)

Yes there is! Re-add Facebook and check to "Use Existing Contacts"
