Re: Thinking about going Root and flashing

When you select recovery does it actually give you recovery options to select?

Re: Thinking about going Root and flashing

Is it kinda big and in the middle of the screen?

I'm going off memory here, but there's another button combination you need to hit when it comes up.. It's either volume down + power, or volume up + power.

Re: Thinking about going Root and flashing

if you run unrevoked forever you should be able to just flash the latest radio without rerooting. the latest radio is 2.15... check over at android forums in the incredible/roms section for the link.

this just came out so most of the guides don't mention it.

Was waiting on a review of the radio, if it's better or worse.

@carladarla:
i pushed the power and volume down keys AT THE SAME TIME when at the screen with the phone and the warning symbol and it brought me to the recovery menu, went to "run update.zip" and away i went
