I would imagine whatever player you are trying to use doesn't have the correct codec to play the audio. I use VLC player, or to get it to play correctly in Windows Media player you will need something like the K-lite codec pack. That's all I had to install on my computer to get both video and audio to play.

Download Quicktime and it will play audio as well, the Dinc record's in .3gp and it uses a special codec which only Quicktime and a couple of other Program will recognize.

I highly recommend VLC (as mentioned earlier).

VLC is my primary video player (has been for years now) and it has played pretty much every type of file format I've thrown at it. It will even play .flv files.

Agreed with above, however recommend QuickTime alternative
Once installed, you can view with windows media player classic (installed with quicktime alternative), or, the videos are then viewable in Picasa.

VLC also an alternative.
