Incredible Screen

Was wondering if anyone could point me in a direction for replacing the screen. The glass is cracked. Thanks in advance.

Well it definitely fell off the roof of the car. If it got ran over or not im not sure. But i do know my gf said she found it a couple blocks from the house. Although she said some kids brought it to the house she went and picked it up from. So not exactly sure. The phone still works rings vibrates just no screen.
