To overclock..or not to overclock? ....

I'm thinking of overclocking, when the development starts, but I need some input for my decision. Any thoughts?

I second this dilemma.

Re: To overclock..or not to overclock? ....

Currently reasons I see to overclock:

1) To support NASA's space station remotely should the need to arise.

2) You were thinking about creating a new spiffy autocad drawing of an automobile.

3) You wanted to do it to just say you did.

:rr:

At this point I am not seeing any processor drag on any applications. What applications if any are you having issues with?

well here are my reasons:
1. just to see my device run at 1.5 or better (aiming at 2ghz)
2. so i can run a full install of win xp sp1 (maybe upgrade to sp3)
3. say my phone has faster processer then most netbook (killing the reason of owning one)

4. Having a battery that lasts 13 minutes (killing the reason for owning the phone)
5. Being able to melt your phone from the inside out (killing the phone)

Good luck with 2ghz! ;-)
