turning on the Inc (from Moto Droid)
 

quick question, this is the first time i will be activating a second android device (from the moto to the inc)

when i enter my Gmail account on the Inc will it automatically ask to load all the Apps i had before?
if not is there a way to find out what apps i had before and reload them?

i was going to use my same SD card, should i alter the card with my PC at all first?

Your google account will remember which *paid* apps you have already purchased. It will not remember which free apps you have downloaded on your moto droid. So to answer your question, No. It will not automatically ask to re-download all previous apps.
