Is there a better battery app/widget than the stock htc one?

I see that you can go into the deep recesses of the phone and see what programs are using up the most battery, time remaining, time since you unplugged it, uptime, awake time, etc... is there a way to get that info more easily accessible on the home screen?

You can try Battery Time Lite from the Market (free) and the widget can go on the home screen.

i ended up not using a widget, i created a shortcut to:

settings > battery use

it doesn't give me a % on the icon, but it gets me to the info i want quick and easy...
i wish there was an app that tied into that shortcut, but gave a battery percentage on the icon, and maybe even did the estimated time left, like Battery Time Lite...

I wish i was smart enough to dev :(
