HTC Sync

I spoke with an HTC Tech Support guy this afternoon. He said that build 2.0.33 for the Droid Eris appeared to be working for the Incredible. I downloaded it from their site, and installed it on a PC. After a few hiccups, it's working for me.

You have to open the app to start the sync. When I tried to sync contacts AND calendar, it kept hanging. Now I'm syncing one at a time, but it's working.

HTC Sync came on the Incredible already, not sure why you'd need to download a sync program not made for the phone. The installed program works great syncing to my pc, outlook, calendars, everything i've asked from it.

It doesn't sync roms.

HTC Sync for the Incredible and the Eris are identical--All HTC did was copy the Eris build. It's working fine at home, but not at the office.
