2.1 Gallery

My Incredible didn't come with the 2.1 gallery or picasa sync.

I found a .apk file and attached it to this post.

It works for me, use it if you want.

What steps did you take to get it to work?

I can't seem to get it to install using astro file manager.

At the home screen press menu, press settings, scroll down to applications and press it. Click the box next to unknown sources.

You should be able to install it now.

I don't use astro, I normally email the file to myself and use tattachinstaller (downloadable off of marketplace) to install the file from the preview option in gmail. That way I can quickly reinstall it if I every have to reinstall the phone.
