I have the beta apk for swype, I can post it if you want. It works perfectly on the nexus one.

For those that want to know how to install a APK file to your Andriod device:

Go to the Market app
Download Astro File Manager
Download the "apk" file to your device via USB or directly from the Internet app
Open Astro File Manager and browse to the apk file you downloaded
Click on the file
Click "Open App Manager"
Click "Install"
If you get an "Install Blocked" message, click "Settings"
Place a "Check" next to "Unknown Sources"
Click "OK"
Click the back arrow on the bottom of the phone to go back to Astro File Manager
Click the apk file again
Click OPen App Manager
Click InstallClick Install again
Click Done and you've just installed the apk file!

also, somewhat relevant to this thread, i DL'd the ookla speedtest.net app, and ran it... and i got some interesting results...

835 down and 778 up

on my old phone (touch pro), tethered, i would get 1.4m down and about 300k up ... any ideas why it's so different? is it something in the app?

and is there a good tethering app floating around out there?

and which browser(s) support flash?
