Big difference after I installed it. |
Re: Battery Saver
Is there a disadvantage such as losing app state to using a task manager like this?
|
Re: Battery Saver
You just close the apps you are not using. It was made for the android system.

i also suggest killing :mobile network" (data) when not using it. i don't "push" anything so i keep it off at work and turn it on when i need it. theres a switch widget under widgets/settings. |
Re: Battery Saver
Yeah , I saw that widget last night. The less you run that is not being used the longer that juice lasts . Been running the taskmanager for 24hrs and haven't seen any bad results yet.
What was the name of that android site you have been going to ?? Would like to check it out. |
Re: Battery Saver
I here task killer causes random reboots, just a heads up, I use quick system info.....

Re: Battery Saver
Mine is called task manager( Android app ) , and as I said , I have been running it for over 24hrs with no problems . My phone has not reset since I activated it.

do you recommend any other apps for saving battery life? you seem to have more experience with android, i've got about 24hours worth, haha |
Re: Battery Saver
I tried that site this morning and seemed like alot of the posts were by 15 yr olds . haha. I like ppc better also. XDA and HOFO are slowing down also.
