Do these Andriod Phones have a Program to do Registry Edits?

im pretty sure only windows uses a registry.

Well as it may be true that only windows has a Registry editor, all that does is change configuration files. Android is a Linux based system, and is setup similar to a computer. This means you should get an application that can copy your phone'd files to an external SD card, an try to find tutorials online.
