Sense UI 2.1/2.5
 

Hey guys,
soo ive been runnin wm 6.5 for the past 6 months now...i love it. However im getting a little bored of the homescreen trying to go back to TF3D. I'm running a cdma diamond, however i tried the latest 2.5 manilla a couple weeks ago and was very dissapointed. It might not crash a lot, but was delayed and extremely slow. 10 mins with it, even tho it was beautiful, had to flash back to the latest wm6.5 rom.

I've been hearing about this sense 2.1. I hear someones porting it for vga, however theres no threads about it nothing....Cant any1 shed some light on this?

It has slowed down. The original info on the port was being discussed in Yoztags manila 1.5 thread over at XDA. Unfortunately there hasnt been an update in a while.

The new releases of 2.5 are great much smoother no lag. Im running MysteryROM 28005 Sense 2.5
And loving it.

i normally cook my own roms and inclue sense 2.5 into it.....the latest version i used was only a couple weeks ago....Cant imagine 2 weeks changed things up that greatly...i dnno maybe i just did something wrong....It worked great, but was way to laggy...once i tried opening up an app and going back or w.e, it was just soooo slow.

There have been significant refinements in the last couple of weeks. With that said, not sure whether your boredom is serious enough to take another look. Sense 2.5 is really easy on the eyes ... and OMJ has made it much easier with releasing his kitchen and keeping it up to date. Only one way to know for sure ...

try flashing the new OMJ 28002 and see what you think, you've got nothing to lose and I think you might be pleasantly surprised.

i've pretty much got no lag in omj's roms ...
