Wirelessly posted (HTC Touch Diamond: Opera/9.7 (WindowsMobile; PPC; Opera Mobi/35267; U; en; Presto/2.1.1))

I dont know about grooreROM, but some ROMs with the Tachi dialer have a dialing code big where the codes do not work. Try a different Rom, go to stock, or disable the HTC dialer and try the stock WM dialer.

thanks...however, instead of try a different ROM, is there a way (.cab/registry) to make it as default.

Download 'Diamond Tweak', you can disable the HTC dialer using that app.
