not sure how hard this would be, (or if it exist already) but would it be possible to add a button to the dialer that when receiving a call you could press it to ignore the call and a window open up allowing you to choose a custom text to send?

i know you can set up the phone now to reject a call and send a text, but it would be nice to have the option to reject the call, or reject with text (and be able to select from a list of texts to send)

Are you using a custom rom?

IDK which ROM you have but when you have the option some ROMs let you customize the message.

currently on OMJ 2.5 sense release 11-23

do you mean that when you reject the call it lets you then customize the text before it sends it?

No you have to go to a setting. Do this, pull up your phone keypad and hit menu, scroll down to options, now you want to navigate to "advanced" tab. Voila! There should be a box with a preset text, Edit it to your liking and press ok. Then when you get a call, there should be a soft key at the bottom that says "send text". Just press that and your predetermined text will be sent.
