Internal Storage gone haywire

Just curious if anyone else has run into an incident where a handful of folders (mine includes MyDocuments, Sashimi and I can't tell what else) are renamed to random characters and symbols and you can't access the contents?

In the process of backing up my info onto pc so I can reformat IS and re-flash the ROM that's been running fine since Nov 11, but was wondering if anyone else might have experienced similar. I first noticed it tonight when I had to soft reset (clicking a calendar item would flash to a white screen then close immediately), and upon reset I got a message that SASHIMIAR couldn't be found/was unsigned and all the programs installed by it to IS were unavailable/corrupt too.

A hard reset should fix it.

Cooked rom. Doesn't have anything to do with it tho I suspect.

No, hard reset didn't do it. I had to reformat IS to get the corrupt folders to be deleted, they were inaccessible.

I'm back up and running ... Already had a plan on what to do, honestly I just tossed this thread up here to see if anyone else had ever had corrupt folder issues when using Sashimi.
