How many BELL's touch diamond or touch pro got GPS problem since 1 week ago?

I thought it will go away on 1/11, but problem still there.
I think we need to talk to BELL get replacement with newer versions.

I think all Touch Pro's and Diamonds from all carriers have this issue. It just depends if you use QuickGPS and when you used it (or it automatically updated) last.

I think this is a problem between qualcomm and gpsone. But HTC or carrier may have to facilitate a solution. But suspect most of the carriers will be clueless (i.e. replace the phone) until they get enough complaints.

I don't why I ever even bothered with QuickGPS, it locks pretty fast even without it.

I knew it was not a DST issue as mine first corrupted on 10/15. Reloaded ROM and worked until 10/29. I always manually ran QuickGPS.

Replacing xtra.bin (from this thread Post #59 I think) in both \windows and \temp with a TODAYS date, shut off all auto updates on QuickGPS and soft reset "fixed it" for now.

bonmot, I thought yours was working now?
