Do anyone know how to get the PRL file off a diamond? Is it possible?

You would want to update it. But the PRL updates are out there and most are posted here. If you want to update you'll need your MSL to unlock the menu. There are tutorials for that too, usually in the posts with the PRL.

corolada.com/prl has some PRLs but I don't think the list has been updated in a while.

Yeah I seen most PRL out there but my diamond has PRL 38888 on it and I want it for another phone but can't seem to find it or PRL 01015.

I remember extracting PRL's off phones by using QPST before. Don't remember the exact process or if I ever had to do it on a Diamond but if you have already done the GPS tweak you should have the needed tools already.
