Opera on Diamond? Fix or replace with 9.7?

The one thing I notice on my Diamond with MightyRom 4, is that Opera 9.5 seems kind of slow. Especially when rotating the screen to do landscape it takes 10 seconds for the screen to actually rotate. Sometimes I have to do it manually.

I tried Opera 9.7 beta a few weeks ago and it seemed better. Although it wasn't integrated into Touchflo and some other apps.

Is there any way to Speed up Opera 9.5, especially the rotation?

Or is there a way to replace Opera 9.5 with 9.7 Beta?

I don't use MR4, but if it's built into the rom, then it really can't be uninstalled. If it's a cab, then you can uninstall using remove programs. At any rate, you can still do a side by side install of 9.7 without removing 9.5. Maybe do a little reading, and build one exactly the way you want it ... the new kitchens make it pretty easy, and there's lots of help available.
