Help! Rom Dumping?

Im makin my first rom, so i want to know whats the easiest way i can dump my rom so i can upload it for people to download?(im a rom cookin noob)

oh, btw, im using ssk's 3.0 beta 1 visual kitchen..

Just upload the released_diamXXX folder. No need to dump the rom off your phone, look for the RUU and the .nbh.
