GPS "Corrupted" now fixed

I thought I'd share this bizzare GPS failure and fix (if you want to call that).

First I have only hard reset my phone 2 times in about a year. When I got it, and when the Sprint ROM was released. I run stock ROMs.

GPS and everything has run fine.

Until one day this week, anytime and application would connect the GPS the phone would reboot. Both iGuidance (with GPSGate and Google Maps would do it).

So finally bit the bullet and I Hard Reset it. STILL GPS would cause reboot.

Finally I reflashed the same ROM I had been running this Spring and that finally fixed it. Phew.

Very strange.
