HElp with updatE!!
 

hello,
i want to update my htc diamond to a custom rom.
but the point is.
i dont know i got hard-spl or what version.
So how can i check my version??
I bought it 2nd hands. when i bought it it was wm 6.5
i downgraded to another custom rom. but now i want to update to another custom rom so please help me!!!

1) You have a GSM carrier and our ROMs here are CDMA.
2) XDA would be better for your information.

what means that im a GSM carrier? i just got a htc diamond.
and i got a rom from xda and asked it there too but they dont reply:S

You need to do some reading, Bud, before you hurt your phone. Might want to start with the stickies at the top of the Diamond Upgrade forum.

GSM = SIM card carriers. This includes T-Mobile, AT&T, and Europoean and other international carriers for the most part. CDMA is what Verizon and Sprint use and has ESN numbers.

Not exactly, it's for all Diamonds. If you look there is a gsm and a cdma "upgrade" forum here, but like Mr. O said, most of the gsm stuff is at xda ...

Well read the stickies here and go there and find a ROM you think would have what you like and then flash away. Just keep in mind it will be slightly different for GSM.

Why don't you go over to xda and try a couple of roms. Here's three that caught my eye ...

WM 6.5 (clean, basic rom)
