no nav or mms

Ok. Well im still having the same issues as before. I really need help with this asap.
first is how do i send pictures/ringtones with the energy rom? I cant figure it out for the life of me

Also when i install sprint nav it only lets me use it for a couple days then asks me to purchase it. Even if i use the new or older versions. I know its included in my plan but since flashing to this rom it just hasnt worked for me.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!
