Can the Hard Keys be locked?
On the 6.5 rom, I .noticed that even with the device lock on, I can answer incoming calls with the hard buttons. Can they be disabled also without any 3rd party software?

nope, but I you may want to check out AutoLock (csdevctrl) it will actually lock those buttons using the built in lock app. it can keep them locked during a call if you want too (so you don't hang up)

Prolly not. You'll have to use S2U2 or Throttlelock or something similar .You might check and make sure you don't have any key answer turned on in phone settings.
