Need Help With My GPS!!

The other day i noticed that the GPS on my diamond stoped working Im using energy rom, but that never affected it before. I flashed back to my stock bell rom and still nothing. When i go to the quick GPS program it won't download. It will look like it is and when it gets to 100% it says connection error. energy rom has like 2 different GPS programs built in and they dont fix it either If anyone has heard of this or can help it would be greatly appreceated!!!

Check start-settings-personal-phone-service-location setting. Make sure that is ON.
