Where are SMS/Text messages stored?

Anyone know what folder the Diamond stores it's text messages? I'd like to try and sync it with my Funambol account as the notes folder.

So then it's all stored in a file and not a folder? Cause with funambol I can select a folder to sync, but not a file.

Ha! Well yes that is true but I'm not sure I want to try syncing my entire device/root folder.

There's a program on XDA in the Development and Hacking forum that copies pim.vol to internal storage/storage card (sorry, I don't remember the name so you'll have to search for pim.vol there). You could use that to move it to another folder that is synced. Extra steps, but would work.

Re: Where are SMS/Text messages stored?

You know I'm thinking that surely there's a reg hack that will change the default location of the pim.vol file to Internal Storage-root as opposed to the device-root.
