Nope, no Touch Response. And there is no vibrate for the texting keyboard. So far it seems just for the phone keypad (when dialing) and for the tabs in manilla.. when I tap them instead of slide.

Sounds like its cooked in. If thats the case, theres really nothing you can do. Ask INTX?

like i said, this sounds like a sys oem. As far as i know, you're either going to have to deal with it or try another ROM. However, this one time, i was wrong so, i suppose i COULD be this time

Re: How do I disable vibrate on screen taps?

Well there is a registry edit that disables ALL vibrate, system wide, but it has a couple of downfalls...... it disables it for calls and everything else and it disables the blinking of your circle button while charging.

On the 6700's 6800's they came stock with the blinking "signal/service" leds, to stop the leds constant blinking, there was a reg edit, but it also disabled Vibrate system wide (tied together for some reason).

Here it is if you want it and don't care about the circle blinking while charging etc.......

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\DRIVERS\BUILTIN\ALLLEDMGR]
Change "Index"=dword:0
