Installed HTC Customizer 2.1 Now phone won't work.

So i installed the Hermes version of HTC Home Customizer and now the diamond keeps reseting itself. It will power on and then go to the home screen, then it resets.

The hard reset won't work. Can you help me?

Have you tried doing the hard reset with the phone off? If the phone keeps on powering up and then resetting, it seems you won't be able to do the reset from the system menu so you should try doing a hard reset with the phone off. I'm pretty sure that this will work and I'd stay away from Hermes HTC Home Customizer if this is what it's causing the phone to do.

I finally got the phone to hard reset. That fixed the problem. I won't put the hermes htc customizer back on it.

Is there a new htc customizer that works on the diamond?

I actually didn't like manilla customizer. I liked the way my old touch looked with the HTC Customizer.

The manilla version builds off of the 3d touchflo from the diamond which im not a fan of.

I took the touchflo off of my today screen and just have my email and the date showing instead.

I have the same problem with Verizon touch pro. But in my case hard reset didn't work. What esle can i do?

turn off the phone, hold down vl dn and circle button. while holding those hit the pwr button to turn the phone back on. if that doesn't work, get a warranty replacement.
