unable to relock phone..
 

touchscreen isnt responsive so i hard reset and now i cant do the screen alighnment to load up windows and relock...when i do try to relock it says check usb connection blah blah

any other ways to relock?..im waiting for replacement and i will be sending this in..i doubt anything will happen but i want to try and relock anyway

Have you tried connecting it to the PC with the alignment screen up? Activesync might work then.

no active sync works fine..its the diamondrelocker thing that wont work..you know the updateutility.exe i click "upgrade" it said diamond 1.00 or somethin then it says "check usb connection"
and i saw another thread and a solution was " Turn off advanced networking in USB to PC?"
but i cant do that unless i the phone setups right?

Weird. I relocked my phone to send back a week or two ago, and I thought I remembered doing it with the alignment screen up. I had reflashed to the stock ROM first though.

i guess i can try flashing to stock again and then try relocking

when flashing to a stock rom doesnt it automatically relock? I believe as long as its a shipped rom, so if you can flash the shipped verizon rom you have nothing to worry about

just put your phone in bootloader mode, it wont show up on your computer, but the RUU will recognize it right away, i always flash lock/relock from bootloader
