Email Client without TFL3D

This may turn out to be a stupid question, but, nonetheless, here it goes.

I want to run my Diamond without touchflo for a while (seems to be faster overall); however, I can not figure out how to access the email accounts that I have setup to check my email.
There is not "email program" that I can find.

The only thing that works is to open windows live and move to other accounts from there.

Any suggestions? Can I make a shortcut on the today scree to "Email"?

Thanks.

Look for Messaging, either in your start menu or in start/programs

Great thanks. I should have figured :)

Now I need to find an easy way to customize my Today screen.
I'm sure there is a lot of info out there about that, but I would appreciate a any advice.

I use mobile shell 3, then have a widget to get me to my today screen...

must have for most is Weather Panel which is great also for me I use SPB Phone Suite or SPB Diary is good but I dont use that anymore. SPB stuff cost money but they are good. Plus Skyfire search bar, RSS feeds, I've read about Ulitmate Launcher, never tried it though.

Thanks for the help and advice guys. I'll have to give weather panel a try.
SPB looks good, but I HAVE to try the free routs first :)

Is there a way to put a call log shortcut on "Today"?
Or more generally links that are not included in "start/settings/today/items"

I'd google or search the software part of the forum...there are lots of programs that create "today plug-ins" and one of them may be a call history plug-in...but I can't think of any off hand
