Re: Sprint SMS sending issue

Definitely a haunted phone. I've seen it a million times. You'll need a like rooster(preferably the brightest red one you can find) a jar of peanut butter, three match sticks, and a man (unmarried, of course!) named Earl. Contact the nearest shinto buddhist priest after acquiring these items. He'll know what to do

Re: Sprint SMS sending issue

I saw the same symptoms, I just tried going from Juicy's to SSK. I really want the 6.5

I'll let you know how it progresses.

I also flashed to a different radio. dunno if that mattered.

Lol no... I resorted to a last ditch measure:

Challenged the phone to an iajutsu duel. First cut wins.

Re: Sprint SMS sending issue

A friend of mine had that happen with a text I had sent a long time ago... after a few weeks thinking it was something with his phone I was looking around at my settings, and saw the text message in the Outbox folder. If you go into your email folder and hit the down arrow for Inbox, you can see the area (and different folders) under Text Messages.

If that doesn't work, let me know. I have a jar of peanut butter.

Re: Sprint SMS sending issue

This happened to me recently too. Texting between my diamond and my gf's touch pro we were both receiving mulitple copies of texts. It was particularly bad one evening about a week ago, effecting almost every text. It hasn't happened since, at least on my phone. I assumed it was a problem with Sprint.

Re: Sprint SMS sending issue

I heard there was a problem with manila 2.1 that if you backed up your contacts using PIM Backup up it would send multiple messages. I guess the fix was to back up your contacts using activesync or microsoft myphone.
