Alltel Arcsoft problem

Hey guys I gotta issue with my MMS.
Iv always been able to get it to work on any ROM but I flashed NRGZ ROM the other day and have yet to find an answer, Iv asked in the ROM threads for the Diamond and the TP, and some people have tried to help but I still cant get it to work.
I can send Messages fine but I cant seem to recieve any. On a couple Iv tried, my phone will actually light up like its gonna recieve but it never comes on thru.
Any ideas??

If i'm not using energyROM, i'm on Juicy. They are similar in ways that i like, so you might just try that, pro tempor.
