Visual Kitchen help.

Can anyone tell me how to add manila to Grooves VK? I have tried converting the Manila OEM folder from Calks kitchen to EXT package in the VK and I also converted the manila engine OEM as well. When I built the rom and it ran for the first time, TF3D just kept cycling but would never start. Thanks.

Don't worry about converting them to EXT packages. It's simpler to just delete the option.xml from calc's OEM and put it in the visual kitchen OEM. It can't be unselected via visual kitchen...but you can just remove it from the OEM folder if you don't want it anymore. You'll need to make sure you get manila and the manila enginge + clock as already stated.

Yeah i have found just using the oem folder like that for my oems has been much better. I have to admit, dont know if it is the sys or the kitchen but this seems to be the best running 6.5 rom i have had. Thanks for your help guys.

Quick question. How do i enable manila on start up? Thanks.

Oh and how do I tell manila to install a particular wallpaper upon flashing?

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Today\Items\ "Windows Default"]
"Enabled"=dword:0
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Today\Items\ TouchFLO 3D]
"Enabled"=dword:1

I also just cook in all of calkulin's tweaks (minus option.xml's) from his kitchen, and that is one of them.

It's in a manila file as far as i know. Look in 70083a29,77feee1d, 29cff4fe, and 058acf31 with cfcgui. There are 2 for portrait and 2 for landscape. I don't really know what the ***_bottom.qtc is used for (ie there is not just 1 file for portrait - though 70083a29 looks like the default background for the 2.1 package).
