usb Tethering to xbox360 to play live?????
 

Is it such a way possible to tether to a xbox to play xbox live via usb or any second party software??? Or tweak?? To do this through your cpu??? didn't think the wifi signal was strong enough so just doing research b-4 i brought a wireless connector for 360 Please help THANXXX IN ADVANCE p.s any recomendations on wifi /router programs for diamond if not possible to do it through the usb cable.

It's possible, I do it daily.


Hook an ethernet cord from your PC to your xbox.

Plug USB in to your pc, turn on internet sharing.

On vista or 7: Go to network and sharing center, then Change Adapter Settings(or Manage Network Connections)

Ctrl + Click your phone's usb connection and your Local Area Network you have hooked to your xbox.

Right click one of them, hit bridge connections(You may have to do this a few times, it's glitchy).

Turn on Xbox, there ya go.

I use that myself, but you need the wireless adapter for the 360. Works good too, I get 3 bars, sometimes full strength

I had a similar dilemma, except I had extra wireless routers lying around, so I turned one into a wireless bridge. Works great.

Yes! Yes! Yes! It worked intx's way youre the king works like a charm and im not getting kicked off every game like with dsl madden 10 here i go thanxxxx again everybody saved me 50 bucks
