Re: Question about Sprint TEP (total equipment protection) with the Diamond

Good luck with getting a newer different device, sprint is good for sending you new, as they call them, phones but we have had a mogel that has been replaced 8 times cause each phone they send was broke, the last one the tech could fix. And over the last few months he had even been with out the use of the phone cause the ones he had he could not use. They did ask if he liked to upgrade but never did they send a different phone unless they no longer have them… they even got a lot of palm treo 700wx.

But if there is really just something wrong with your phone they try to fix it here or get you a new one as long as the phone did not get wet, if it gets wet I guess you need to pay the $100 but no free phone.

Can you PM me your details so if my phone ever breaks I can send it to you for fixing? I'm dead serious!
